Star O’Neil
Beginnings
While attending the University of Vermont, in Burlington, Star began her apprenticeship with Vicky Lucier at Counter Culture Tattoos and Piercing. After earning her degree in Studio Art and completing her apprenticeship, she met Jay Strange and work with him for a short time in Dallas. Star O’Neil returned to Vermont and has been tattooing for over three years.
