Jason Feuerhelm
Beginnings
In 1990, he started tattooing when a shop opened around the corner from his house. It was a very busy shop and Jason learned as he worked.
His particular style is varied, so listing a preference is tough, he does a lot of everything, from black work to big bold color. As for other artists who influence him in tattooing Greg Irons, Philip Leu, and Bernie Luther, but they amaze more than influence him. As for artists outside the tattoo world, he would say Robert Williams, The Pizz, and David Mann, have all been a huge influence on him.
He went on his own in 1993. Despite overwhelming circumstances Appetite For Ink was created. He moved a few times over the years, and has spent the last nine years, two blocks from where he started. What can he say? He liked the neighborhood! He included a couple pictures, one of himself, one of him working, and one with his wife Chantol, and his favorite sideshow attraction SideShow Bennie.
