Jack Rudy has been tattooing since 1975. Known for his improvements in single line tattooing, Jack learned to tattoo from the previous owner of his shop, Goodtime Charlie Cartwright. Jack has worked his way to the top of the community and is respected by his peers. He has given many seminars at the National Tattoo Association, and has recently finished a term as the president of the organization. In 1985 the historic shop moved from east LA to their current location in Anaheim.

He is primarily a black and white “old school” tattooist, Jack insists that his original pencil drawings be carefully reproduced in three or four shades of gray in order to capture the nuances of his hand.
