Beginnings
Erika was always interested in painting, art, design, illustration, and traveling. After various careers in photography, computer graphics and freelance graphic design. Early on, Erika found her niche as a tattoo artist. In Los Angeles, she founded Art & Soul Tattoo Co. in 1996. Although running a tattoo studio has taken much of her time over the past nine years, she still finds herself able to travel to the East Coast to do “guest spots” at various tattoo studios. She has won awards and her work with tattoos, journalism and photography has been published throughout the United States. Her journalism consists of covering tattoo studios and conventions nationwide. Her extensive clientele always seem to itch for more.
