Beginnings
Craig began his career in Pittsburgh in 1977 and opened his own shop, Island Ave. Tattoo, in 1979. He ran Island Ave. Tattoo for twenty-four years until the lure of warm winters drew him to a real island, Maui, Hawaii in 2004. He now owns and operates Maui Tattoo Co. on the inviting shores of our fiftieth state. Craig has been tattooing for twenty-eight years.

    Craig did a full bicep koi for me in “94 when he was buying a pad in Maui. This guy is not only a consumate PRO Ink Slinger, but a KOOL F’n Brudda. Overworked & under paid ….maybe sometimes, but if you’re in Maui, check this shop out ! 5 stars man, and that ain’t no bull. Luv ya man, don’t ever change, huh?     Beautiful tattoos of sea creatures, you can easily see his influences of Hawaii in his work.
