Tuesday November 30, 2010 Tattoo DesignsThe New England Tattoo and Art Festival, which was loaded with people watchers and tattoo enthusiasts is located at the new Plymouth TSB Stadium. It was so popular that it well be returning every two years.
There were tons of tattoo artists, rock bands, booths, stunts and performers. Organizer Brent Taylor was impressed with the turnout and is looking forward to many events such as this one in the future.
